Appellation of accused: _Jay Jermaine Bey_

Of sound mind, of the age of majority, and able to contract, do hereby aver the following facts:

1. August 2021, I was advised by a national. The Chief Qazi gathered all of the patriarchs together and shared concern on how the former Seyarah Sana Wase El, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gbonde Wase Bey wrote the constitution, and the constitution is theirs. Allegedly he stated to the group “we have to get rid of them ( Sana and Gbonde).” One of the nationals felt uncomfortable and walked away from the conversation. This was recently brought to my attention. This is an act of treasons.

   1. Treasons. The offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance; or of betraying the state into the hands of foreign power. Webster.

1. January 2022, I witnessed Jay Bey and Conya Bey (mufti) the Consul General get into an altercation. Both parties exchange words in a very aggressive demeanor.  Jay Bey threw his binder at the mufti and told him to read his constitution and he was incompetent. Jay Bey approached the mufti, and they were face to face as the mufti was pointing his fingers down on Jay Bey forehead.

2.  Between mid-March 2022 all the way until August 2022 none-stop on every Thursday government meeting, Jay Bey started attacking the Seyaraha in regards to the constitution. His argument, it was the Seyaraha responsibility to recruit people and blaming her for lack of growth over and over even after the new Dalil Aziz became nationals.

3. He then proceeded to attack the former Minister of Foreign Affairs by constantly verbally abusing him, belittling him in front of the government. I even witnessed him in one government meeting where he attempted to have the former Minister of Foreign Affairs read out a 100+ page document in front of everyone because he was questioned about it, in the previous meeting. As the former Minister of Foreign Affairs was reading, his throat started to hurt and couldn’t continue to read and Jay Bey with a smirk on his face stated “oh na, you should’ve known me better than that.” As the Minster Foreign Affairs emphasized, “on his throat hurting and couldn’t continue”. I remember this day vividly because the Minster Foreign Affairs looked directly at me, locking eyes and then looking for anyone to say something. Jay Bey stopped the reading and continued to harass the Minster Foreign Affairs.

4. I also witnessed Jay Bey strip the Minster of Foreign Affairs on majority of his duties such as meditation, nationality classes, and even removing the divine from the constitution

5. I observed nonstop verbally abuse during the AMPAC government meeting.

6. Next target, the executive department. Mid-August 2022 until 11/03/2022 Jay Bey found another victim this time the Wazir. A week after the retirement of the Minster of Foreign Affairs and they Seyaraha in a closed government meeting everyone was conversing amongst each other and the wazir and Qazi were speaking and Jay Bey jokingly stated, “I don’t have anyone to pick on now, who am I going to pick on” and laughed and told the wazir your next”. “Hah ha-ha”, the meeting has not started yet everyone else were talking amongst each other and I overheard the conversation.

7. The following Thursday towards the end of August 2022, the verbal harassment started to happened again towards the Wazir and just like the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, the chief Qazi did the same exact act.

8. The current Seyaraha is now the new target for Jay Bey. On October 28th, 2022 the Qazi questioned the seyaraha on what is taking so long on making a decision to approve his request to move the “acting foreign minister affair” under his judicial branch. He then attempted to humiliate her by stating. “I sent out 128-page document on the policy and procedures to you on July, 14, 2022” and then Jay Bey asked her a random question that was not in the law of Restoration but yet in the 128 page document. He then continued to belittle her by making everyone in the room uncomfortable. The wazir chimed in and advise him he cannot cross examine the Seyaraha and “The house of Dalil Aziz did not accept or deposit the 128-page document.

9. 11/03, the Seyaraha stated the “acting minster of foreign affairs” is to remain in the cadi district 2 position and he was not happy by the decision. He made slick comments towards the Seyaraha.

 

In my opinion, the Chief Qazi will attack anyone who does not comply with him. He has attacked majority of the department which causes stress, hostile environment due to his combative nature. I even now suffer from work trauma due to everything I have witnessed. The Chief Qazi is not in any compliance with the five principles love, truth, peace, freedom and justice but now he is on YouTube attacking the “Moorish American” basically chastising them and everyone. This man is dangerous and is in violation of the following

1) I have done no wrong.

 2) I have not robbed.

 3) I have not acted with violence.

5) I have not been unjust.

 6) I have not caused pain.

7) I have not desecrated holy places.

8) I have not lied

. 10) I have not spoken evil.

. 12) I have not caused the shedding of tears.

14) I have not been an aggressor.. 16.

17) I have not entered into conspiracy.

19) I have not been wrathful. I have not polluted myself.

23) I have not caused terror.

25) I have not spoken in anger.

26) I have not turned from words of right and truth.

27) I have not uttered curses.

30) I have not prejudiced.

 31) I have not been an eavesdropper.

32) I have not spoken overmuch.

33) I have not committed treason against my ancestors.

36) I have not been arrogant.

 37) I have not blasphemed the one most high. (Jay Bey removed the Divine from the constitution)

 38) I have not committed fraud

I Ahava Ruach El witnessed the head Qazi Jay Jermaine Bey intimidate, demoralize and mentally attack officers of the state of AMPAC Government within a six-month period of me being in office as the Seyaraha.

 

Gbonde Wase El Bey: I observed him being humiliated Infront of his wife and fellow officers of the government in May of 2022 till July 2022.  Gbonde was being berated week after week on how he could not complete a document to the colonizers from the craft of his writing to how incompetent he was and that he needed Jay’s help to write the document. Meanwhile in the process of breaking this man down mentally and physically Gbonde Wase El decided to retire from AMPAC and walk away with the little dignity he had left.

 

Dawud Habib El: was also emasculated by Jay Jermaine Bey. I observed from August to present day week after week be spoken to in an unjust manner. Even after I Ahava request for peace in our government. Jay continues to move in a very aggressive manner towards anyone who is in his way breaking them down mentally. I witnessed this quarrel for months the pettiness drama that creates a distraction to our government that has completely stopped the movement at AMPAC. Due to the power that our head Qazi has and the art of manipulation he uses on the officers, it has created a separation in our government. I feel that all the officers stay down and never try to challenge Jay due to the fear of embarrassment and shame that Jay could inflict on them.

 

 

I Ahava am now being targeted by Jay Jeramine Bey due to the House of Dalil Aziz and I not impeaching Wazir Alraiz in September 2022. On October 27, in the middle of our government meeting, he makes a point to bring up a policy that he in fact presented to me back in July regarding the rules of Dalil Aziz. Using one of his favorite tactics by questioning me on a document that he drafted and putting me on the spot wanting me to read an article of this document.  So, I was the center of attention on a document that he crafted and has been hounding me on reviewing and using. Only so he could belittle me in front of the government on how disappointed he was that I have had this document since July and has not utilized it. 

 

Jay Jeramine Bey does not honor the Matrichs and or respect their decision making in government. He also overuses his power by mentioning who he would like to see as the new Mr. Foreign Affairs and he has no right or authority to influence or sway the decisions of the house of Dail Aziz. Just to prove a point on how he overuses his authority in our government. Later in our private head official government meeting Jay Jermaine Bey decides to raise his voice to me as if I was his child in a very disrespectful manner. I was explaining about a text message that was presented to the table that night from the Wazir to disclose a conversation that had taken place with the acting foreign affairs Nova Elu El and the Wazir of Nova expressing her emotions about Jay. Instead of him listening to reason on why this text message was presented. He responded out of anger and aggression in his demeanor and told me that he didn’t want to hear Nova’s name again to me.

 

The following day Jay sends out a demanding text message that includes Conya, Dawud and me. Wanting the Wazir to clarify who “he” was in the text message. After all the back in forth between Dawud and the Qazi that day. Jay and his manipulating uses of power added me on the text stating that I too was waiting for Dawud to clarify the text message and that Dawud needed to respond by 11:59pm that night. October 29th Jay is now texting me wanting me to clarify who “he “was and after I clarified who “he” was in the text message. I told Jay I did not understand why he put so much emphasis on this text message clearly after he stated he didn’t want to talk about Nova anymore this is not showing any growth with moving forward. Jay responds back to the text like thank you, Seyaraha I can now add this to my records. 

 

November 3rd, Jay Questions me on why I did not send him an email regarding Nova returning to Cadi district #2. Once again, he oversteps his boundaries and mentions his opinion on Nova’s position once again not respecting the House of Dalil Aziz rulings.  Hours later after the meeting I receive an email stating that Allah might forgive liars but unfortunately in reality the power to convict criminals at AMPAC is in the hands of the Mufti the Qazi, and those Dalil Aziz members that are matrilineal moroccans. Liars never win! That is what he stated.

 

He also used my signature sunflower that I use in emails to threaten me.  However, I have not once lied to anyone here in my government and nor do I want to continue to work with such people that move in their lower selves and egotistical ways. Who likes to hurt and belittle their own nationals and officers that are just here to help with the growing of a new nation.  Jay Jeramine Bey claims it's about the mothers and fallen humanity but clearly, he is not!! It’s about Jay Jermaine Bey, either you follow him or just get the hell out of his way! His favorite quote.

ON EITHER THE 8th or 16th OF OCTOBER THE CHIEF QAZI WAS UPSET

WITH THE WAZIR WHO DECIDED NOT TO EDIT THE TUESDAY NITE 

VIDEO CLASSES ANYMORE.  AS A RESULT, THE QAZI SAID HE WILL NOT BE 

DOING SUNDAY AFTERNOON CLASSES FOR NEW PEOPLE.

JAY AND DRE, CADI DISTRICT #1,  DID GET ON ZOOM AND BEGAN ATTACKING

THE WAZIR ASKING WHAT DOES THAT TALK HAVE TO DO WITH 

INT'L LAW. THAT WAS A SUNDAY WITH ONLY ONE NEW PERSON. 

IT WAS STILL EMBARASSING THAT THEY WOULD

DO THAT IN FRONT OF A NEW PERSON. 

 

THE NEW PERSON WAS LOOKING AROUND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS GOING

AND WHY WAZIR WAS BEING ATTACKED.  NOVA ELU EL CHIMED IN

ALSO TO CASTIGATE THE WAZIR .  THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF 

THE KIND OF SUPPORT AND COLLUSION JAY GETS WHENEVER

HE ATTACKS SOMEONE. THE TWO CADIS, DRE AND NOVA 

NEED TO BE ADDED TO THIS IMPEACHMENT PROCESS.

THEY ARE TYPICAL OF THE KIND OF ATTACKS TAKING PLACE 

THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER.  IN FACT THERE HAS

BEEM NO LET UP.  IT APPEARS THAT THE NEXT PERSON 

TO BE ATTACKED IS ONE WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW UNDER THE

QAZI'S COMMANDS.  THE SEYARAHA HAS BEEN ATTACKED 

CONTINUOUSLY BY THE QAZI.  HE HAS ALWAYS TOLD EVERYONE,

THAT WHEN HE SPEAKS HE IS ALWAYS STRATEGIC AND ALL HIS

ACTIONS ARE STRATEGIC.  IT APPEARS HE IS AT WAR WITH ALL OF US.

AND AS HE SAID TO THE WAZIR, YOU CAN EITHER LEAD, FOLLOW 

OR GET THE HELL OUT OF HIS WAY.

[1]Integrity is the cornerstone of any court, more especially the de jure consular court of a Moorish Government. The court must hold an unblemished, untarnished reputation to be considered worthy of the rule of law. The court and its officers must be held to a higher standard of conduct if its rulings are to be respected by the Nationals of the State and the International community of which we are a part. It is in this vein that I send out a five-count Indictment against the Chief Qazi Jay Jermaine Bey.

Count number 1. Violating “The Law of Restoration” article 1. section 1.

​

Count number 2. Insubordination, the military defines insubordination as “Disrespect shown to higher-ups in the form of vulgar or mocking language” which without a doubt, he is guilty of. The severity of the penalty depends on the conduct, and the seniority of the officer who was assaulted, disobeyed or disrespected.

Count number 3. Fraud by [2]Larceny, violating a verbal contract to repay a debt agreed to and entered of his own volition.

​

Count number 4. Violating the Constitutional inalienable/ unalienable rights.

​

Count number 5. Attempting to create “[3]Ex Post Facto” law to cover up larceny and contractual fraud, i.e. implementing [4]Eminent domain under the guise of State rights.

The issue has to be further examined for the aggravated use of threat, duress, and coercion visited upon the office of the Wazir Al’Rais for not capitulating to violations of inalienable/ unalienable rights.

As a student and practitioner of law, Chief Qazi premeditated the continued assault on the office of the Wazir, which makes it all the more insidious. The facts are undeniable and irrefutable, the caretaker and steward of our consular court, by his own words and actions, holds himself above and apart from the constitution and the rule of law. This indictment serves to hold all accountable to the Constitution “The Law of Restoration” and the oath we swear as solemn Nationals.

The Chief Qazi has brought shame and disgrace upon himself and his office after being repeatedly warned to not meddle in the affairs of the executive branch’s decision-making process. The Law of Restoration provides no latitude for encroachment upon the Wazir or executive branch proceedings. Our most sacred court is and continues to make decisions that are clearly outside the jurisdiction of the consular court and the Chief Qazi as all executive branch decisions are to be made by the Wazir Al’ Rais with the oversight of the Dalil Aziz.

​

The insistence of the Judge to mandate that the Executive and legislative branch move at his speed are unprecedented in internal AMPAC State law as well as international law. The Law of restoration article 3, section 3 clearly states “The Qazi (Judicial Branch members) shall be constrained from using the office for personal gain, exercising undue influence, influence peddling, receiving emolument from a foreign power, receiving bribes, appointing offices not approved by the Dalil Aziz, ruling against the constitution, and requiring personal oaths of allegiance.”

 

Furthermore, the decision being debated is wholly under article 1, section 5 authority of the Wazir Al’ Rais with oversight by the Dalil Aziz and Seyaraha, “Secretariate offices shall be appointed by the Wazir Al’rais and installed under Oath, immediately following election and confirmation by the Dalil Aziz.” That passage does not imply or insinuate that the judicial branch can, in any way shape, or form, weigh in or demand the performance of the Dalil Aziz or Wazir Al’ Rais.

 

The Executive Branch condemns the behavior of the Chief Qazi in the strongest possible way, given that he is the interpreter of all things Constitutional. It is recommended that he search his conscious and the Constitution he swore an oath to, for guidance in light of this miss-step.
